City of Donaldsonville recognizes National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week


Donaldsonville Mayor Leroy Sullivan proclaimed National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week during the January 24 meeting. NDAFW is a national health observance for teenagers to promote local events that use science to shatter myths about drugs. Pictured with the Mayor and Council is Suzanne Hamilton, who serves as director for the Parish of Ascension Counseling Center. Ascension Counseling Center is a parish agency that provides outpatient and mental health and substance abuse treatment to Ascension residents.
